TAILORED OFF-THE-ROAD TYRE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION:
Our off-the-road solutions are tailored to each customer’s requirements. We understand the costs associated with machine downtime and we take great care of all aspects of tyre husbandry to help mitigate these costs and loss of productivity.
A Vaculug solution includes breakdown cover, allowing tyres to
be replaced quickly as required. Where an immediate repair is not possible, we arrange for a replacement tyre and, where necessary, take the affected tyre back to our site for repair.
Off the road tyres are required for large machinery operating on construction sites with no roads. Industrial and earthmover fleets have opted for Vaculug products for decades. We manufacture and supply tyres to perform in a wide range of operations including docks, quarrying, waste recycling centres and deep mines.
DETERMINING WHAT TYRES ARE RIGHT FOR YOUR APPLICATION:
Opting for either a Mortrak or Kuantam pattern is entirely dependent on the working conditions the tyre will be subjected to. We work together with our customers to understand which tyre their operation would be most suited to, dependent on the amount of tread pattern and tread depth they require for the job.
